Liked: I stayed there on three occasions.That is a solid recommendation.
Disliked: Oddly, the standard room was more comfortable than the suite.

Exceptional

Good

Liked: Breakfast was good, but not many choices provided. Room was poorly insulated from the sounds of other guests.

Very Good

Liked: The location and cleanness.
Disliked: The rooms need a bit more of electrical light. A light in the centre of the room could help.The breakfast could be served earlier, since it starts at 8.15. It takes a while to manage to open the front door with the room card.

Liked: Excellent price-value ratio, very clean, friendly staff, good location. The reception closes at night, but they have a telephone number for emergencies
Disliked: I would like to suggest the staff to keep a box with emergency items in the reception, such as a spare hairdryer, clean sheets, a pillow, etc... So guests could take them at night in case of need

Good value w/ a fantastic...

Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. We got the room with the balcony. It felt very spacious and it was nice to have a small desk in the room. I don’t normally use balconies at hotels and mainly chose this room for a bigger space. But the balcony ended up being an unexpected delight and had a beautiful city view in the day and at dusk. The hotel is also very centrally located and made it easy to walk to all of our destinations. It’s also located next to a grocery store which was really useful. One of the best parts was the staff, they were so friendly and gave fantastic tips for navigating the city that Google Maps couldn’t help us with (they were noticeably much nicer and hospitable than the staff at other hotels we stayed at in Spain). I saw some complaints in other reviews about the hotel being dated which I was worried about but it personally never bothered me in my particular balcony room (maybe it’s more noticeable in other rooms?). I would be happy to come back next time I’m in Granada and felt it was good value.
Disliked: Not a big deal to us overall, but it would’ve been nice to have a mini fridge to store a few snacks from the grocery store.
