Disliked: Upon our arrival at midnight, after an exceptionally long and tiring journey, we were allocated a room that bore no resemblance to the images displayed on your platform. The room was significantly smaller than anticipated, and its design was completely different from what we had seen in the photographs. A particularly concerning issue was the placement of the radiator, which was uncomfortably close to the head of the bed, approximately 20 cm away. This misleading representation left us feeling deeply let down and deceived.We immediately contacted the hotel staff to address the issue and requested to be moved to the room we believed we had booked based on the photographs. While the hotel did accommodate our request to change rooms, the alternative room provided was also not the one depicted in the original booking photos. This further compounded our frustration, especially given our late arrival and exhaustion.The discrepancy between the advertised room and the actual room provided had a significant impact on our experience and comfort during our stay. We felt misled by the inaccurate representation, which is a clear breach of the expectations set by the booking platform.

Liked: The property has good location, not central but still really good one. Building is also good, room is ok, staff good. They did let me to check in earlier without any extra cost.
Disliked: The room is too small, and also shower cabin is too small, not comfortable.

Liked: comfy bed, good location, view to nice yard, balcony, comfortable stay
Disliked: complicated to find reception, since it is in a residential building. they say that the reception is on the first floor. But there are several steps to the ground floor, where you see sign telling "reception first floor"just next to a door. You may think this door is for reception and it is first floor. Actually, you need to go upstairs one floor where you find the reception. I think better explabation is needed. when I told this to receptionist he said that all is clear and he cannot see any problem

Disliked: Room was quite small, price was ok for Milan I guess, but you get more in other cities
