Liked: The protest was beautiful, well appointed, and in the perfect location. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Liked: the exceptional service when the room wasn´t cleaned when we arrived, they change us to a suite
Disliked: the toilette was not cleaned when arrived

Liked: Ideal location to explore the city. Very discreet next to the hotel de ville and cathedral . Very quiet hotel with excellent air conditioning.
Disliked: Room privilege not quite large enough for a comfortable chair but minor concern

If I return to Bordeaux...

Liked: It located close to many places to eat and shop. It also was very close to 2 tram stops that could quickly take you anywhere in central Bordeaux.The hotel was on a quiet street. The rooms were spacious and unique. The staff were very friendly and helpful always.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like!
