Fine establishment in the heart...

Liked: Small "boutique" hotel with about 10 rooms total in one of the main tourist areas of Bordeaux City (across from cathedral), near two tram lines, one running from and to the airport for easy access. 10 minute walk from main square, mostly in pedestrian zone, including longest pedestrian street in Europe (as reported by locals).Hotel does not have a dining area, so breakfast is served in the room. There are a number of local eateries for that meal so it's not much of an inconvenience to go out each day (although they usually don't open until 0900 or later, French style).There is at least one staff person on site 24 hours a day, for information and general services.
Disliked: As long as you understand that this hotel is small, with limited dining services, it provides all the necessities to explore old Bordeaux City and beyond, with few other negatives, at a reasonable price.

Disliked: The washroom did not have a lot of space for toiletries felt tight.

Liked: The protest was beautiful, well appointed, and in the perfect location. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Liked: the exceptional service when the room wasn´t cleaned when we arrived, they change us to a suite
Disliked: the toilette was not cleaned when arrived

Liked: Ideal location to explore the city. Very discreet next to the hotel de ville and cathedral . Very quiet hotel with excellent air conditioning.
Disliked: Room privilege not quite large enough for a comfortable chair but minor concern
