Stupendous

Liked: For our needs, the location was perfect - tramway and metro within 2 minutes. Only taxi used was for longer distance attractions and interests. Breakfast was outstanding as were the "breakfast team". Assistance at the front desk was above and beyond and always cheerful We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone The room was great although access on and off our particular floor via the elevator was challenging with suitcases but functional.
Disliked: There was nothing we did not like - everything went well, staff was outstanding, and the location was perfect for us.

Liked: A comfy room, Ample breakfast and a central city position. Spot-on on all counts. Definately book again if in Vienna.

Central, clean, easy to reach

Liked: The room was very clean and recently refurbished. Good breakfast with many choices. Good location, very central and close to the main Vienna attractions. Close to several public transportation stops, including the bus to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Nothing. everything was ok. The price is in line with an european capital

Liked: Professional and kind staff with a warm welcome. Amazing location in the city center where all you need is within few minutes walking.Very nice view from room balcony. Very special breakfast and afternoon snacks serviced in the first floor.I highly recommend this lovely hotel for those who visit the capital Vienna.
Disliked: The hotel consists of only 2 floors apart from the whole building. So in busy seasons there might be no availability of required rooms.
