Unfriendly and over priced

Disliked: Staff unfriendly from the second I walked in the door. No hot water in room. No cream/milk in room with tea/coffee making facilities.

Very good

Liked: Very friendly staff. Already on the 2nd day during breakfast the staff remembered my room and coffee order, which is a nice detail. It was also no problem to store the luggage longer after checkout.The room was small, but enough to use as a hub to do you errands in the city, especially since the location is very convenient, close to both the center by metro or to the conference center nearby. The bathroom was cleaned and restored with new amenities every day, and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room was a plus.
Disliked: Only one electronic socket available in the room (not even in the bathroom), away from the bed. If you have multiple devices to charge after a full day, it was getting a bit tricky to prioritize. The breakfast was quite limited in choice if you don't feel like going for a hotel-style eggs and bacon or a basic ham and cheese sandwich, and the fruit and vegetables that were available were looking not very appetizing and discolored, so not many alternatives were there.

Liked: Room had some modern features and was spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The shape of the room and bathroom was a bit odd. It was annoying that the room only had electric plugs by the desk, none by the bed to charge my phone or medical equipment. Overall, the hotel is fine but feels a bit outdated.
