Unfulfilled potential
Liked: Our room was very clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location worked well for us and there was parking close by.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny with a sliding door that didn't fully cover the entrance. For a hotel of this cost and ranking I expected much better facilities. We were also across the street from a construction site, that started making noise early in the morning. It didn't bother us because we had to leave early and were only staying one night, but it would have been terrible if we were trying to sleep in. Nothing was mentioned about the noise in the booking app or by the staff. Perhaps the most significant issue was the breakfast. We couldn't stay and asked for something to go. They were happy to accommodate, but they gave us (at least!) day old croissants from the fridge. It would be better to offer no breakfast at all than stale croissants. Could (should!) be better.

Intriguing hotel concept with a...
Liked: The staff, particularly Marie-Eve and Charlotte, were very friendly & welcoming. The location in the old town was very central, on a quiet street. The property itself was beautifully renovated
Disliked: We had some issues with the tiny bathroom: the sliding barn door would slide open, wouldn’t stay closed. The toilet clogged, and it took staff 6 hours to find a plunger and free it. The toilet paper roll holder was broken. The breakfast consisting of a warm croissant with a bit of strawberry jam and cheese got a little monotonous after the 2nd or third day.

Very clean, quiet and well-maintained...
Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating of requests for dining recommendations. Hotel was very clean. The wine machine was fun. Back courtyard is beautiful and quiet. The hotel is in a very quiet location and also VERY conveniently located to old town, Abraham's Plain, waterfront promenade, etc.
Disliked: Room lighting, bathroom sink very tiny, no counter space in bathroom, gigantic stiff pillows (tried to exchange, but there were no alternatives). Being in a converted house certainly has its challenges, but guests should be aware of the steps at entrance and those leading to the guestrooms (numerous and steep).
