Liked: The location was great. A very short walk to a Metro station and an easy stroll into the centre of Milan. The breakfast was ok with a few different options.The room was clean.
Disliked: The room felt very basic and was small for a twin room.There were some leaflets about things happening in the area that were out of date. We went to one exhibition only to find that it had closed 4 months previously.

City break

Liked: The staff were very helpful, they gave us a bottle of water on arrival, our room was ready within 10 minutes of us arriving.Excellent location, easily accessed to Duomo Cathedral and the Metro stations. The nearest Metro beside the hotel was a 3 minute walk away, which was a direct line to the Lante airport. We would definitely recommend this place
Disliked: We had no complaints during our stay.

Really good value for money...

Liked: Location was decent, easy to get to city centre and to airport. Breakfast was good, loved how attentive staff were about allergies. Chef came out to chat us through all the items so we were very reassured. Nice sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom in our room! Nice blackout curtains.

Liked: Located a 15 minute walk from the Galleria and Duomo and a 25 minute taxi to the Navigli District, the location is good. There is a bank ATM two doors down and an Express Mercado one block away for water, sundries and food items. The breakfast was extremely varied and quite good! Rooms were clean, a/c worked great, wifi reliable and shower water hot!
Disliked: Upon check-in, we were informed that despite having our booking confirmed for seven full months in advance with twin beds, they were no longer available due to hotel renovations, and they were going to have to put us in a queen bed. This is totally unacceptable! The renovations didn't come out of nowhere and they knew all along they were going do this and didn't give us a chance to look for accommodations elsewhere. They said they were upgrading us to the penthouse level, but that didn't really get us any advantage. No view, and the room looked the same as what we had booked previously, just the wrong type of bed. Very disappointed! And getting off the elevator and having five steps is very inconvenient with heavy luggage! Also, they did not explain how the lights work. Maybe this is a European thing, but we had no idea we had to use our room key to turn them on. Lastly, be aware there is a hospital very nearby. We heard sirens several times during the night, which woke us up.
