Good place to stay that's...
Liked: The location is near to a bus stop that takes you into the old town. The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The bathroom was clean and there is an on-site restaurant. There is a pretty little village in walking distance of the hotel. Also there are some restaurants and bakeries nearby too
Disliked: Was not within walking distance of Strasbourg old town.

Ok but could be better
Liked: Comfortable room and beds, A/C working, free and spacious parking, clean bathroom, staff was ok, quiet location with some restaurant options nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast: there should be someone in charge of food replenishment. I stayed for 3 nights and could only eat eggs and bacon one day. Bread ran out and it took a long time to wait just for some croissants. This would have made my stay more pleasant.Wifi in my room was very poor, for better connection you need to go to the reception area.

Good for one night
Liked: Considering the high prices in Strasburgo, this mothel is a good compromise, but only to sleep one night. Internal parking very good.
Disliked: It is very similar to the USA motel.. no privacy, very limite space in the room. Airdryer not present in the room… to be asked at reception. Part of the Staff not friendly. Breakfast till 9 in the week, this is ridiculous if I am on vacation

Really bad!!! Attention!
Disliked: Really bad experience! Attention! The hotel is lack of contract spirit and the staffs talk nonsense all the time. They don't want to be responsible for their mistake and solve the problem.The hotel will not return you the money, even though your cancellation meets the requirement of the cancellation policy, just because you pay online. There is NO rule inside the cancellation policy that if you pay to Booking online, they will not refund the money.Additional, the hotel staff is difficult to contact. They will not reply the emails from Booking and when you call, they will always say the manager is busy/ not available.

Liked: We did not liks anything about this hotel. If I could rate it lower I would do it but it is not allowed!
Disliked: 1. The hotel is impossible to find, it is located inside of an industrial area for which you have to have a PIN to open a gate to be able to enter to and nobody tells you this. There are no clear signs of how to get to the hotel, specially at night, everything is dark! We got to the hotel at 11:30 PM and drove around for about an hour trying to find the hotel. When you try to reach the hotel by phone nobody picks up because the reception closes at 11 PM. If you get after this time and you have not payed for the rooms (which is usually what happens when you book via booking.com), they cancel the room so you no longer have a room and nobody has the decency to call you.2. The rooms are pretty shitty, beds are extremely uncomfortable, bathroom smells like urine.I really advice not to book a room in this hotel. We payed for 2 nights but only stayed 1 and left ths next day. Service is terribol.
