Liked: Location was convenient for what we planned to visit. Lady at the front desk was very nice.
Disliked: The second floor involved many flights of steps, which was tough for some of our group members. Not much window air circulation, so the room was pretty hot.

Liked: The location is great. 5 min walking distance from the dome.
Disliked: No lifts, and you have to carry your luggage to the second floor as the hotel is located there. Room was very small.

Liked: Excellent location just metres away from the Duomo and close to all the main sites. Quiet and cool room overlooking the street. Good variety and choice for breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel is on the second floor so quite difficult getting large suitcases up the stairs
