The central location couldn't be more convenient for exploring the city - I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.While there was a minor issue with hot water during my first two nights, the hotel manager handled the situation professionally and made sure I was well taken care of. The rooftop terrace was definitely a highlight - having breakfast there with panoramic city views was truly special.Despite the small hiccup, my overall experience was excellent thanks to the team's attentive service. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest comfort and satisfaction.
