Location, comfort and lovey staff

Liked: Great location a short walk to the Duomo, lovely staff and very helpful and breakfast included was a bonus. Lift to all floors which was good as a partially disabled person and a lovely roof terrace to stargaze with fabulous view.Enjoyed my stay that much I’ve added a couple of extra nights

Exceptional

Liked: We had to book here last minute due to issues with our previous accommodation. They were super accomodating and provided us with everything we needed for or 1 year old twins, really helped a stressful situation.
Disliked: No tea or coffee in the room but that wasn’t a major issue at all

Old fashioned and relaxed, centrally...

Liked: Old world charm, great location, good breakfast selection, great value for money. Personally I loved the old fashioned style but it won't be to everyone's tastes.

Only stayed one night but...

Liked: Location is excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Big room and bathroom. Air conditioning. Great price for the location.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: Location location location Staff was friendly They had a charger for me, I forgot mineThere is a parking very convenient ( very expensive)
Disliked: The breakfast with buffet that you can not pick yourself (I'm not extravert that way telling other people what to put on the plate) There was a terras with plastic chairs just above my room and people where making noise when moving the chairs and walking on the terras till almost 1 am.I think if it was closed I would have had a good night sleep
