Clean/Comfortable/Cozy
Liked: Clean/comfortable and cozy! Loved the place and all it had to offer. Very clean rooms and beds were very comfortable! Small self serve breakfast area but just right for great coffee/juice/bagels! Ann was great at communicating check in and Lynda provided great restaurant recommendations. Just 5 minutes from downtown area! Highly recommend!

Nice Stay une Palm Springs...
Liked: A very Nice place in Palm Springs. An island of coolness in the summer heat and a warm welcome during our short stay.

Cute place!
Liked: Pool and jacuzzi were just the right temps and super clean, staff was great, free breakfast was excellent, loved all the shade and gardens, very peaceful atmosphere, easy to find, early check-in was appreciated.
Disliked: Everything was good.

A relaxing get away, surrounded...
Liked: The hotel grounds are stunning! It is well kept and very clean. The staff are very welcoming! The rooms are a nice size. Some are remodeled and others as mine was are showing wear, yet they are very cleaned and well maintained.
Disliked: The price when not in off season, tends to be on the higher end.

Do not go through booking.com,...
Liked: Love the temperature of pool, landscaping with humming birds. Breakfast is self service, kitchen is always open with snacks available, the coffee is very good. the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I absolutely didn't like that booking.com didn't pay the hotel for our room reservations. I had to give Hotel California my credit card # and was charged AGAIN before we could check in. The woman in the hotel office told me I'll have to call booking.com to get a refund. I spent almost 3 hours of "relaxation "time trying to talk to someone. I called 4 times, after going through all the prompts and waiting on hold for at least 30 minutes the call was disconnected each time. Talk about frustration!! instead of enjoying the beautiful weather and property. The next day the hotel was paid and our credit card was refunded. I'll never go through booking.com again. I do miss the drinks and happy hour
