Liked: The location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and interesting sites. The breakfast was excellent. We use the sauna, it was great.

Liked: After a diverted flight, I was very lucky to be greeted by the wonderful check in staff at this stunning property. Beautiful, large rooms, with very tall windows. I loved the suite that I stayed in. Felt spacious, beautiful & delightful. Staff are cheerful & very helpful. Hotel itself was beautiful & secure.
Disliked: Bathroom was oddly shaped with very awkward shape bath/shower entrance. I think the bathroom in 2015 needs a redesign.

Liked: Our stay was amazing in the hotel thanks to the great staff. The room was clean, location was perfect (very close to shopping areas and attractions) and the whole team was super supportive and nice, especially the Manager, Mario, he provided us with great support as we had an issue with our online booking, but he solved it in a very professional way.
Disliked: NOTHING

Good

Liked: The location of this hotel is good for those who want to do some quality shopping. Also, Berlin has very good public transport, so it was easy to get to the main sightseeing areas. The room had enough space and big windows, quite clean.
Disliked: Poor WiFi, no AC and you can’t open windows at night cause it’s quite noisy outside even if your windows oversee the backyard.
