Liked: Perfect location, close to all main attractions and underground.Clean, quiet rooms.Staff were very polite and attentive.
Disliked: If I had to nitpick, pillows were a bit soft even when sleeping with two. Otherwise couldn't fault the stay!

Liked: Super central location, good size room, quiet at night, very good gym
Disliked: Service was slow and unfriendly. Breakfast was pretty horrible with overcooked eggs. We only got our drinks halfway through the meal. Hairdryer is like one from a 90s motel: you have to hold down a button to keep the air going. Not what I'd expect at this price point.

Liked: Attentive staff (most importantly), timeless and very opulent decor. Nothing was too much trouble and we were treated like royalty throughout. We have stayed in a number of five star London hotels and this is a class above all those we have tried. The location is superb and we love the history and intricacy of the interior.
Disliked: Nothing, it is our favourite UK hotel.
