Phenomenal!

Liked: Very close to perfection! Excellent, kind and courteous staff, without an exception. Perfectly soundproof rooms. Amazing spa and gym area. Absolutely fabulous hotel design. Unbeatable location. I'm a fan.

Liked: Oozes class and excellent location
Disliked: Shower Flow wasn’t very good and lighting was challenging to operate.

My favourite hotel in London

Liked: All about the Set familie I like. The people, the atmosphere, the food and the florist.
Disliked: I didn't see the Regent street from the room window. I'm not even sure if you can have so little windows in room like this. But I will always come back, but not on the sixth floor.

Liked: Good location, very nice staff and perfect service.
Disliked: The hotel deserves a better bar. There is al a carte breakfast which is intresting.
