We’ve stayed several times already...

Liked: Great location. Short walk to the city centre. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Breakfast is rather basic but ok for the price.

Will come back any time.

Disliked: Big rooms with simple but sufficient equipment. Afternoons and evening hours you can use free coffee, beer and wine.

Liked: Everything except below.
Disliked: I liked everything except the way the heating malfunction on Dec. 18 was handled. No warm water. "The technicians are working on it", I was told when I called the receptionist. I was invited to a reunion at noon and left without being able to shower and wash my hair. At 65 years of age, a big deal. Things happen, I know that.But a small refund or a meal on the house would have been a nice gesture. Nothing. I hope they consider it in the future.
