Hotel Buena Vista - San Luis Obispo

We will definitely stay here again next year for the same event. We may even plan a trip to Hearst Castle and stay here if we do. Thank you for everything.

Liked: The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature. The room was well appointed. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The grounds were well kept. The breakfast was quite well laid out and had a good variety for all appetites.
Disliked: We could have used another mirror in the room. There was a perfect spot in the dressing area, above the shelf that was adjacent to the refrigerator and coffee. The only thing the breakfast lacked, for me, was yogurt.

Disliked: The room could use Lotion for the bathroom. In addition, the bathroom door design was awkward and made it a challenge to get ready with more than one person in the space.

Liked: Close to Cal Poly campus. Room was larger than many.
Disliked: Room was right on the highway, which was very loud. I could not sleep even with ear plugs in. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate my request for a different room. The room was dark, dingy and musty. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Towels were rough and thin. There was nothing appealing about it. I'll be back to SLO, but I won't be staying here.

Liked: The hotel is pretty dated and worn. Mostly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower clean, the staff was very helpful. Good value for the price
