A good deal but if...

Liked: This is a budget hotel. It is old and not staffed 24/7. There are no amenities. There is an "honor" refrigerator with drinks but it was locked when staff were gone. They do have a nice breakfast for 18.5 euro. Also have free parking. The location is excellent right in the heart of parks and main streets. It is walkable to the Bahnhof. We arrived at 7:00 pm after dark and it was slightly creepy because the entrance is down an alley which was not very well lit. We accessed the front door via a lock box that we opened with a code. Upon entering it was eerily quiet and there we did not see any people anywhere. The elevator lurched a bit going up. Things "livened up" a bit the next day as there were more guests. We stayed here because there was a trade show in town and everything was booked.

Liked: The location, size of the rooms, excellent shower, and solid breakfast
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work at all in my room or in the rooms of other guests. Kind of a dealbreaker in 2024
