Liked: It was nice and quiet the bed was comfortable and it was nice and close to the shops and good to have fresh towels everyday
Disliked: The smell of the room wasn’t good it absolutely stunk of cigarettes smoke and if anyone was smoking outside the room it would come into the room because the laundry was close to the room. We were constantly spraying the room with glen twenty to try and help with the smell. But that didn’t help much with the smell.The man in the reception wasn’t very friendly. I also sent a message prior to checking in to have a microwave put in our room but that didn’t happen and also there wasn’t a response back . Also the room was a little outdated needs new carpet and probably the shower could have been cleaner

Comfortable, handy location

Liked: Handy location, just off the freeway, across the road (walking) to shops, close to my work venues. Looked like there was a nice garden out the back door (although I didn't get a chance to explore). Comfortable. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: I needed to check out before reception opened (had to be at work by opening time) - I may have just missed the instructions, but I couldn't see any kind of key drop box or any other instructions for what to do instead, and no one answered the after hours line. Hopefully they found the keys where I left them! (No acknowledgement of my message about that yet.)I got caught out by the crockery situation again, so I bought some across the road (again, handy to have the supermarket in walking distance).

Pleasant

Disliked: The air con didn’t work and the room wasn’t cleaned that well. Didn’t like the $50 deposit you have to pay and 2 weeks later we still don’t have it back.

Liked: Ground floor Garden suite Outlook.
Disliked: Cleaning staff changed sheets and towels only. No cups washed. No tables wiped down.The whole complex looked untidy and rooms are dated.

OK for a short stay.

Liked: No breakfast included. We like the location.
Disliked: I used to live in Glen Waverley and knew the previous owners. Bruce County then was a vibrant place. Good restaurant, great place for meetings and functions. The outside was well kept and the swimming pool was clean and usable. It was a great place for relaxation and socializing. It pained me to the se this once great place so run down.

Tired, overpriced and dirty carpets.

Liked: Generally a comfortable room.
Disliked: Daily Cleaning was never done only changed sheets and towels. Restaurant and Bar now closed.
