Great value for money good...

Liked: Location was good as there is a shopping precinct opposite the hotel. decor was very dated but the room itself is clean. Shower is very hot.The bed was very comfortable. If you’re not worried about decor and want good value for money. This is a place for you to stay. Receptionist was quite accommodating. I was having trouble with the television. Someone came within minutes. Only $109 a night, mobile deal only.
Disliked: Nothing really, if people care about the decor as I said it is a bit dated. It wouldn’t be a place for them to stay.

Liked: There was nothing positive about this stay.
Disliked: The shower screen had mould on it.There were no glasses and only 1 bowl and 1 spoon for 2 people.We were woken at 4am by the people living 2 doors down outside our room, yelling, making phone calls making us feel unsafe.At 7am, the same people were using a blower vac on their car parked outside our room. When we contacted the manager he did not seemed concerned about any of our concerns.Asked for a refund and was told to contact Booking.com to organise and then decided to not honour it.Would not recommend.

Liked: Location to Waverley private was what was needed
Disliked: The room we were given did not have a key with a tag. When we went to the room the bed was not made. Room had not been cleaned. New room..There were no plates, bowls, knives, forks, spoons, wine, or champagne glasses. There were two mugs, two Schweppes lemonade glasses, two cups and saucers, all dirty. No cleaning products. Bottom of the shower screen and walls, not clean for about 30 cm high. No microwave. No restaurants open yet not listed on site as closed.

Basic, functional, no WiFi available....

Liked: Basic yet functional amenities in the room. Regular housekeeping.
Disliked: No WiFi was available despite being advertised. No staff on reception at the start of the day.

Great venue, next to Shopping...

Liked: Close to all facilities, large rooms, shower was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful with enquires.
Disliked: No wine or water glasses in room, but were supplied when asked.

Liked: Comfortable beds.We're able to get 2 rooms close together
Disliked: Had to disabled son up the stairs, which took 2 adults to do. This was made a lot harder as it was raining on the uncovered stairs. Had booked one room downstairs
