It’s okay but only okay.

Liked: Disability care is great. Room is large.
Disliked: Many things need to be improved. First, the bathroom. The bath’s door is not able to stop the water from going everywhere. Second, the king-size bed is actually two small-double combined and there are two mattresses on bed, which is very uncomfortable. Third, there is no new tap/still water the second day after the housekeeping.

Great to use to run...

Liked: Nice room, with great facilities. Clean and comfortable.Good breakfast facilities and check in was nice and easy.
Disliked: The TV in the room could be more helpful if was able to use streaming services like Netflix for instance.

Disappointing!!

Liked: Location is great. Cocktails from the hotel bar were really nice & the bar staff couldn't do enough for us & were so polite & welcoming!
Disliked: I cannot believe that we paid over £400 for ONE NIGHT for that room. It's old, tired, has an adapted bathroom with old tiles & grout which all took away from the 'best suite in the house feel'. There was thick dust on the top of the head board, a tired old bedspread with pulls in it. Little things you expect from a hotel with this rating and prices were missing, mini bar stock (just a couple of cans of water in it). No shower cap, face cloths or slippers. Really upset with the outcome of this weekend, the hotel kind of ruined it for us! We spent so much money on it and felt cheated.
