Difficult to sleep on squeaky...

Liked: Close to golf course
Disliked: Beds were squeaky and room could have been cleaner

I wouldn’t not stay here...

Disliked: The front counter staff need to understand hospitality. Greetings, acknowledgment, and friendliness goes along way, and it costs nothing.

ALL IN ALLL QUITE GOOD-...

Liked: Mostly everthing.staff an waitresses extra attentive & polite English speaking wihout an accent.
Disliked: to be waken up from deep sleep by the room phone in # 321 - not to stop. Had to get up groggy and pulled the plug. restored it in the morning the normal ring tone. did mention to the front desk lady - check out time . Her answer - well we shall have to look into it ??

Nice hotel for business trip...

Liked: I liked the location of the property and it was quite and peaceful for my stay. The room was tidy up each day and coffee provided.
Disliked: Front desk staff seems a bit inexperienced. When I arrived I was told I did not have a reservation. Without any concern I had traveled for over 12 hours to get to the front desk. Only to be told in a matter of fact way, you don't have a reservation sorry. I pulled up my confirmation email and proved I did have a reservation. Then it was found. 9pm at night. Where was I to go if he had not found it and allowed me to check in?
