Liked: Really great staff, super friendly. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a great location.
Disliked: Not a major issue but there was no fridge in the room.

Liked: Jakob was excellent. He warmly greeted us at the front desk and made us feel very welcomed. He cheerfully helped us store our bicycles. A great employee and a credit to your organization.
Disliked: The noise, but that was beyond the control of the hotel.
