Passable

Liked: The location was good as it was close to the main train station, metro, and tram stops. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.The room was clean.
Disliked: My room, a single, was dark and dingy and had a bad stale sweat smell. I even bought an air fresher to try and make it better. The furniture was old, and there was a small fake leather chair that looked like it belonged in the dump. The bed was rock hard, so, very uncomfortable. From my room on the first floor, I could hear all the loud talking from the reception area till late at night. The noise of the plumbing from the room upstairs was so loud it woke me up each time they turned on a tap.I did not sleep well on either night. I think I was very unlucky with my room, and my experience may have been better if I had been in a double room on a higher floor.

Liked: Location was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We couldn't get the lighting/power to do what we wanted. Lights off at night, chargers didn't work.

A very disappointing stay at...

Liked: The location which is near the milan's central station.
Disliked: First, we got only one key to the room which was a simple key and not a magnetic card.When we got to the room, we felt that the room was quite hot. Also, there was a strong smell of cigarettes from the furniture, even though it was a non-smoking room. Altough, the hotel's description in booking.com clearly stated that there is an AC in the room, the AC did not work. Apparently it is a well known problem with this hotel and several people already complaind about it here. The staff first denied that there is an AC system in the hotel and then claimed that it is turned off until the summer.Additionaly, there was mold on the cieling of the bathroom. There were loud noises from the hotel's old pipes from other rooms. And finally there was a very bright light coming from the control system of the AC (which didn't even work) that interrupted our sleep.The breakfast was a bit lacking.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect. We needed to catch the early train, it was really nice that the hotel provided us to-go breakfast box.
Disliked: The WiFi didn’t work

Liked: Breakfast was great, staff in dining room were excellent friendly and helpful.Room was lovely, plenty of room.reception staff were professional.very close to the train station which was handy for exploring
Disliked: Light in the bedroom could be slightly improved to support reading .
