Disliked: The sink in the room, not on the bathroom, no AC command but there was a fan a bit dusty, the huge pillow was good but hollow. The staff was good and the breakfast decent variety.

Liked: Good location. Walking distance from Zurich HB main train station and tram stations. Front desk staff - Roman and Martin - were very helpful. Special shout out goes to Roman who went above and beyond. He service is one of the reason I am writing this feedback.
Disliked: Hotel is costly. Could have been little less expensive.

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean and tidy room and minutes walk to everything you need, namely the Zurich HB and Old District.

Construction noise at night

Liked: Please be aware that there is construction going on next to the hotel at NIGHT. The noise and disturbance during my stay significantly impacted my comfort and ability to sleep. I wish I had been warned about this in advance.
Disliked: Didn’t let people know about construction noise
