It was fine.

Liked: Shower head, albeit shower itself is awkward and confined.
Disliked: Two things: first, if under construction send an email in advance letting people know so it’s not unexpected. And two, the bed and the pillows just horrible, too soft.

Best hotel breakfast ever

Liked: We enjoyed the best hotel breakfast ever. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The gym was outstanding.
Disliked: The front desk staff, while polite and seemingly efficient, missed key elements of check-in. First and foremost, guests need to know the wifi info. Put a sign up in the rooms, put it on your TV info screens, or put a simple sign up at the front desk. Your staff seems to think we can find it, but no. Also, tell us where the gym is and a bit about the restaurant on site. Finally, the hotel provides great bulk soap and lotion. Remind the staff to refill them.

Incredible hotel in every way....

Liked: Gorgeous historical hotel close to everything. Amazing breakfast - I mean truly amazing. Concierge was so helpful as were all staff.
