Shame was expecting more

Liked: Beds were comfortable and breakfast great. Staff were super friendly and helpful
Disliked: The hotel room was too hot and we had to have the windows open all evening. Turned air conditioning right down and made no difference. No spa facilities until 2026.

Przyjemny hotel

Liked: I liked classical interior design, staff (except for one lady serving coffee and cleaning up the tables), clean room upon arrival, location, good breakfast, gym (but with equipment rather men oriented).Generally, 5S hotel but with the price and standard for 4S.
Disliked: Some things were out of order (shoe cleaning machine, ice machine), the staff has no idea how to make beds. Daily cleaning was not quite satisfactory.
