Great hotel for a city...

Liked: The hotel has fantastic location to the main attraction on foot or by public transport. The breakfast offered great options and has fantastic quality. The staff is incredibly welcoming and so helpful. The hotel is stylish and the cleaners go above and beyond for keeping the rooms fresh.
Disliked: I expected better renovated rooms for the price and amount of stars and for a suite. The wall and the tiles were falling off, the carpet had stains which were clearly there for a while.

Perfect to explore Paris

Liked: Perfect location with impeccable views. Cozy interiors and decent breakfast. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay,...

Liked: Everything was perfect, except several in our traveling group came down with COVID, so our exploration of the neighborhood was minimal! Also the visiting sites of the city was minimal! The Tour de France was an unexpected event! It precluded us from attending the American Church worship on Sunday, which we had looked forward to, as our pastor from CA was preaching!!! We couldn't get to each other with all the blockades!! Not your fault.
Disliked: All was perfect!

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Location is excellent. Staff were fantastic, helpful and kind. They had room for our family. Beautiful views! Had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Pleasant stay in Paris, but...

Liked: Friendly reception staff, comfortable beds. I liked that we only had to check out at 12:00 - that left us with some time to hang around before our train ride.The complimentary tea and cake and the champagne and juice upon arrival were very nice.The luggage storage was great.There were also some biscuits and nuts in the room.
Disliked: We booked the hotel and the higher end rooms based solely on the promise of a panoramic view of Paris. But be warned: our rooms were on the 1st floor, so you do not really have the great view unless you are higher up.The airconditioner in one of the rooms we booked did not function very well.The towels are quite worn.The shower in the bath is really dated and not very comfortable.They were the only hotel during our three week trip that put a large hold on our credit card which they promised would be released on check in, but which, two weeks later, we still are struggling to have released.
