Disappointing & Exhausting Experince •...

Liked: The manager Michael and Antoine the receptionist are the only ones that communicate in English and actually they are really kind and professional.
Disliked: 1. The building in general is too noisy and the rooms doors as the elevator are so loud that you wake up every time someone is leaving his room or used the elevator.2. The elevators capacity is only for one person so if you stay to 5th or 6th floor as we did it’s a big problem since the elevator was broken 3 times while we was there.3. The fridge was not working properly and we realised it after we bought almost 100€ groceries and we had to throw them away cause the fridge was not working.4. The people cleaning the room are really sweet and kind but they are too loud while cleaning a room even to another floor you can hear em and you will wake up like 8:00 am every single day as we did due to soo much noises.5. The receptionists beside me. Antonine and the manager Mr. Michael they don’t respond never the phone we tried multiple times to call the reception to ask for something they never respond.6. The room is full of dust maybe due the hotel location but we was shocked to realise the dust below the beds and if you are allergic to dust

Liked: It was clean and cozy rooms, friendly environment
Disliked: They charged us an extra deposit (90€) for 2 rooms for insurance, but a month had passed and we didn't get the money back...it's crazy to charge 45€ per room for insurance for the mini bar that no one uses ...I don't recommend their services
