Good location overall , but...
Liked: The location was fine
Disliked: Location of our room, and the room wasn’t the same as the pics online. Like it was completely different. And our bed was right by the door and housekeeping was really loud. Doors were slamming all morning long. Bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Just a tad too dirty for me

Very good
Liked: Perfect location. Room was fantastic - great size and very comfortable. Great value for money.
Disliked: The bar downstairs (onsite) was one of the worst on the strip. Loud music, poor food, expensive but poor drinks.

Liked: I like the pool and the breakfast
Disliked: The fact that they text me at 1:50 trying to tell me my reservation was canceled and I arrived at the property at 2:12 then I was giving a room with no balcony and I paid for a room with a balcony which came up to 674. I was not accommodated with that room throughout my entire trip. I stayed on the second floor. I have yet to been compensated the pay difference from a regular room for me purchasing a room with a balcony

Liked: Nice and friendly staff, breakfast at Cafe Americano was great. Clean room. Great Valet service

NIGHTMARE, TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE &...
Liked: NOTHING, was sent a email the same day i was due to check in saying they cancelled my reservation. When I called the property to see what could be done the reception was unbothered unwilling to help and hung up in my ear. I was then told I couldn’t get my money back from booking.com even though i didn’t cancel the reservation the property did, booking.com then told me i needed to pay $235 in cancellation fees to get my full refund. Will be reporting that to the better business bureau.WORSE experience ever & will NEVER again use neither one of there services again!
