Lovely friendly hotel close to...

Liked: Super helpful and Friendly staff. V comfortable bed and excellent location for the Frühlingsfest on Theresienwiese.There is a small lift and the breakfast was good.Our room was very quiet even though it faced the street and the en-suite was also good.
Disliked: Our room was big enough for us for two nights but it wasn't very spacious.

Liked: For solo travelers, the hotel offers single beds, and the pricing is very reasonable in this regard. The hotel staff is very warm and helpful. Although there is no open buffet for breakfast, they do their best to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was quite filling and delicious for me. The location is excellent—you can reach the metro station in just 2-3 minutes on foot. The hotel is old, but the rooms were very clean. If I visit Munich again, I would definitely stay here again! :)
