Liked: Location is ok.
Disliked: When we arrived the hotel in rainy evening and a person behind the reception desk wasn't very friendly. Somehow we felt that we were not welcome. It would be good for hotel business if you select right type of personnel to serve your clients. In addition to our experience about the hotel, there was an odd smell in our room, which kept me awake all night!Breakfast was quite limited in varietes and once the filtered coffee was running out, we were told that that's it. A member of staff didn't make it more even we tried to ask to have a cup for both of us. So my husband didn't have a type of morning coffee he likes.All in all very disappointing stay for us. (A retired couple.)

Excellent hotel for catching an...

Liked: This was booked because it was near the station. It was very close and contained all that was needed for a comfortable stay. we had a balcony looking at the railway. Surprisingly quiet at night. Comfortable beds and pillows. hot water. kettle in room. a good sized room.very pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Wouldn’t stay again noisy cramped...

Liked: Close to the rail station
Disliked: It was my second stay in Lyon I had stayed at the Pullman a few days earlier I wish I had paid the extra as it was a far better hotel and the staff were nice. The receptionist I found a little in friendly. Breakfast however was excellent!

Liked: Very good location, close to main railway station, public transport M, T, bus, very clean and really good breakfast
