Liked: Absolutely loved the decor. Although it is in some ways like an antique museum, it is also surprisingly modern in other ways and very comfortable. All the staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful

Liked: Lovely stay in this old convent. Room was tea spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Highly recommend

A perfect hotel in Puebla!

Liked: Incredible hotel, from start to finish. We needed moto parking and they fit in the entranceway where they were very safe (thank you!). Our room was on the top floor and even had a bath and bottles of bubble bath. Wifi was excellent, breakfast was too! From the top floor you can see the steaming volcano. We were sad to leave.

Cosy place with rooftop

Liked: Muy bien! Super friendly stuff and service. The communication feels warm and personal. We really feel welcome.The room was clean and quiet with everything you need. Big shower and bathroom included.The atmosphere in this old building is special and nice to feel, the hotel is build around this atmosphere to preserve it well.

Charming but noisy and hot

Liked: The house is very nice, charmingly restored and decorated in colonial style. So was our room.
Disliked: Our room was on the street side. It was very noisy, and it was also very hot. The portable air conditioner supplied was not effective.

Liked: Location of the property is perfect and within walking distance to Puebla city center. The property and rooms are beautifully decorated, and the staff is so friendly, helpful and accommodating.
