Good

Liked: Centrally located and easy to get around the city via subway. Good value.
Disliked: You really only want to be here to sleep at night, no breakfast options or atmosphere. It’s on the 2nd floor of a multi use building and very loud during the day(some kind of machinery that vibrates the rooms above?)

Wouldn't stay for more than...

Disliked: No outward facing windows and air conditioning, lot of dust, weird entrance and location

Liked: Overpriced for what it offers (no breakfast, nor decent coffe in the morning), bed sheets and towels not very clean. The only 2 good things are the kind staff and good position. However for the same price there is plenty of alternative options in the area.

Poor hotel, careful with paying...

Liked: Warning for future quests about using credit card in this hotel!!!!I tried three times to pay with credit card but the woman in reception said the transaction was not approved. Then was forced to pay with cash.When I arrived home I noticed that my credit card was in addition charged 3 times. I WAS CHARGED 4 TIMES the value of the room. During check in, I was given a form of rules to sign. It was written in Spanish and in English. For spanish speaking guests the check out was written as 12.00. For English speaking guests it was written at 11.00. Is this kind of discrimination still allowed??? The hotel has serious issues with wear and tear. In my room the paint was peeling off. The other bed was broken. The were stains in my bed sheets and the shower floor was not cleaned.The view of the room is an ugly wall. The promised morning coffee at 08.00 was not served, only after insisting 3 times... Unprofessional and totally rued staff.The hotel is located inside a shopping mall. When you walk inside the "lobby area", there is a garage ramp. I was a second away from an accident by a speeding car driving up from the garage. Totally unsafe and unacceptable construction.
