Liked: Location was handy
Disliked: It felt grubby. There was hair all over everything including up the walls. The sheets were stained and the bed had hair in it. When I mentioned to reception I was met with with the attitude it was not her fault. She eventually changed the sheets and I moved hotels the next day

Great Staff, but AC needs...

Liked: The staff was great, since we arrived they all were very approachable and friendly, ready to help or answer any questions we had. The hotel is right at the city centre, so its location is perfect.
Disliked: I believe the AC of the building needs mantenience ASAP, we stayed 2 nights, the first night I could not sleep at all due to the very loud noises the AC was making, so I made videos which I showed the staff and they agreed to let us change rooms, which we did, but we also faced the same issue. The size of the first room we stayed was quite small.

Room 101 to be avoided....

Disliked: We reserved and prepaid two rooms. Our room smelled very bad … maybe not occupied for some time, and sewage smell … maybe from shower drainage. A complaint to staff was dismissed as “ we’ll place a special air filter machine while you are out of the unit”. When we returned, late, basically the a/c had been jacked up necessitating a heavy blanket. We were too tired, it was too late for any more communication with management. Our bed was strangely made with the sheet between comforter and body reversed. I also think that bottom sheet was not exactly clean.

Liked: Location was stunning. Hard to find, but that’s Seville! Room was excellent in cleanliness. You Can’t Smoke Anywhere at the hotel. Good tip to know if you are a smoker. But there is a beautiful Square outside you can smoke in

Great location.

Liked: The hotel was in a perfect location within all the historic sights. Quite a busy location during the day with tourists but is quiet after midnight with the exception of the church bells which chime every 15 minutes. Very helpful, efficient staff. No restaurant on site but very nice breakfast in their sister hotel just down the passageway outside. Rooms were refurbished and clean with large comfy beds. The only negative was that they didn't replenish tea and coffee each day, nor wash the cups. On the whole, I would definitely recommend.
