Mixed experience- staff and location...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent as you are right in the centre.
Disliked: We had a couple of issues with the stay unfortunately. One, the tap in the bathroom did not work, and upon advising reception they said a plumber would come to fix it - this was not fixed during our stay. The other issue was the cleanliness of the room - the sheet had a dark red/brown red stain on it under the decorative blanket - no way the housekeeping didn’t see it. We arrived late at night so did not try and rectify it then. With house keeping the next day I assumed it would be changed - it wasn’t and the bed was remade with the stain. This was disappointing as well as hairs through the bathroom and the clear ‘quick clean’ as the counter top had several ring and water marks from when we arrived.
