Beautiful, unique, historic property located...

Disliked: Took a long time to get hot water( wasted water) and the shower head sprayed water everywhere but where it was needed.

Disliked: The staff could be a bit more motivated to work

I'd go back to Puebla...

Liked: We had a magical stay there. Our suite (two rooms, each with full bath, attached with a separate entrance) was beautiful; the original colonial woodwork, 15 foot ceilings, modernized so nicely. The linens and beds were superb. We also appreciated the fruit basket!
Disliked: Very slippery shower floor. It's not a quiet location (little is around there) but it is superb for walking.

It was an amazing hotel...

Liked: The property was gorgeous, a great mix between authentic and modern. The location was close to everything and the staff was always accommodating and went above and beyond for us. Our room was always spotless and so was the whole property in general.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like.
