Liked: The location is great and the staff is amazing, especially Elias, Manny, and Delilah, who have been extremely friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the hall.
Disliked: Slightly expensive for the rooms, not the best value for money.

Great location

Liked: EXTREMELY POLITE, FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS STAFF. THE ROOM IS GREAT, IT HAS AN IRON, HAIR DRYER, AND AMENITIES IN THE BATHROOM. THE SHOWER AND THE BED ARE EXCELLENT, THE BED LINEN IS CLEAN AND PERFUMED. THE ROOM IS CLEANED WELL.
Disliked: AS A SUGGESTION, THEY COULD INSTALL A TRASH BIN ON THE ROOFTOP, AS MANY GUESTS USE THE SPACE FOR FOOD AND WE HAD DIFFICULTY DISCARDING THE TRASH.

The best kept secret in...

Liked: Clean, quiet, great staff, simple check in and out and fabulous amenities…items forgotten at home (there is a closet in The hall on every floor with toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, etc), a small gym, free washers, and a fabulous terrace and free indoor coffee lounge with great coffe options and free filter flat or sparkling water..AND it’s across the street from Grand Central Station therefore easy access to the metro!
