perfect location. Clean. Helpful staff.

Liked: PERFECT location (central) and easy to walk to sites and grand central. Staff very helpful. Counter space in bathroom to put toiletries. Decent size room. Great lounge with free coffee and comfy seats. A partial view of Chrysler building.
Disliked: Mattress not that comfortable (not the worst, but not great). Light from hallway all night that comes through the space on bottom of door.

Disliked: There was no cleaning for the rooms. When I ask them to clean the room, next day they cleaned it. But you always have to remind it.
