Liked: Great location, comfortable beds, very nice staff.
Disliked: The ac turns on and off all night and it’s very loud and you can’t adjust it— it’s either on/off randomly or just off.

Great hotel in Manhattan

Liked: What a great hotel in the heart of midtown. Amazing location with views of the beautiful Chrysler building from the top floor lounge terrace. The lounge offers complimentary coffee and water. Probably the best coffee I've had outside of Italy! The rooms were modern with a comfortable bed, a great bathroom with a powerful, hot refreshing shower. The room had a huge TV. There are water fill stations and additional toiletries available if needed. It's also good to see a hotel is aware of sustainability! The staff were brilliant, from the front desk to the housekeeping and maintenance staff, they were all a credit to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manhattan. We will re-book when we return to NYC. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, well appointed room , coffee and filtered water available at all times. Very nice touches.
Disliked: Shower head pressure wasn’t great and was that wand type that if the cord goes wonky it makes it difficult to control

Disliked: Pillows too fat
