Exceptional

Liked: The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Old Bruges. Spent two days walking the sights.Room was huge and directly overlooked the canal, stunning views!
Disliked: The midges/mosquitos - be aware you're right on the canal, take insect repellent. Not the fault of the hotel. Cannot find anything negative to say about it.

Excellent central location, clean and...

Liked: Central location, spacious room, biker friendly and lovely breakfast
Disliked: The central location is excellent after arrival but navigating central Bruges was challenging meaning it took us some to reach the hotel, map apps were not very helpful due to the dynamic road closures in town.

Amazing stay, the bar of...

Liked: Great property, amazing location and the staff is the best!
Disliked: The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the tiles and the door.

Very good

Liked: Triple A location, right in the centre, very close to all points of attraction. Comfortable and quiet room.
Disliked: Hotel is in the old building, so the stairs are narrow and steep while elevator was behaving erratically.
