Liked: Very good selection of choice. Taste and display. Neat and full fledged
Disliked: Albeit a historic building, a little annoying was to hear Some “running water” through the pipes, probably the radiators (?)

Liked: Hôtel was in great location, not far from the centre square. Room was large and well appointed. Breakfast room was large and welcoming, a nice continental selection for breakfast.
Disliked: There is no lift which was fine for us but if travelling with luggage or limited mobility something to keep in mind. A hot option at breakfast would have been nice.

Liked: Faculty was wonderful and a great location for tourists!
Disliked: The morning breakfast was presented to us as if it was included. It was never stated or posted as an additional cost to the guests. It was a traditional Dutch breakfast (everything was fresh and delicious) which we always enjoy however it would have been nice to know it was 22€ additional charge per person upfront.

Brilliant stay in a brilliant...

Liked: Superb location to explore the whole of Maastricht and ideal position for our purpose. Hotel was clean and comfortable and all staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Whilst it din't matter to us, our bathroom was on a mezzanine floor via some very steep stairs. If you were old or had mobility issues, this would have been problematic. I think therefore, future customers should be made aware of this on booking.
