A pleasant stay.

Liked: Location was amazing, we stayed in separate, old building
Disliked: Narrow stairway, no hot water first day.

Super friendly staff, good value

Liked: Breakfast was good. I was offered eggs anyway I wanted them.
Disliked: Nothing

What a gem - a...

Liked: A gem right in the middle of Bruges. In an ancient building but very tastefully and discreetly converted with quirky rooms dictated by the floor layout. Nothing of the uniform "bathroom on the left" of the chain hotels and all the better for it. Delicious breakfast either in an enclosed courtyard or in the beautiful former "salon" of the house, decorated in the 18thC style. Helpfull recommendation for a restaurant close by and pre-booked underground parking a short walk from the hotel (beware the overzealous traffic police). An absolute gem and a happy accident to discover it.
Disliked: My perennial beef is the qualityof the orange juice at breakfast. I would willingly pay more for the room/ breakfast to have fresh orange juice. Other than this (minor) criticism, it was a perfect staty. When again in Bruges we shall return.

Not worth it

Liked: The owner of the place is not polite and did not help at all when asking for trip advice. Not recommended

Liked: Absolutely loved this stay!! I was travelling through mainland Europe and stumbled upon this gem. Staff was lovely and loved the location!
Disliked: I didn’t like leaving ! Wish I could have stayed longer

Disliked: A bit noisy as we were right beside the stairs but that was more to do with inconsiderate people.

Liked: Great location! Walking distance to everywhere. Very helpful staff. Included breakfast. Secure parking available. Beds were comfortable
Disliked: Our room was very noisy from the street outside even with the windows closed. It was hot enough that we wanted them open so even louder. There were no hooks for towels
