beautiful hotel and perfect room....

Liked: very nice room and beautiful hotel well located in 16th.
Disliked: the balcony door handle was broken and it was very difficult to close the door, therefore with lots of street noise during the night. also the 19€/person breakfast that was served in our room is way too expensive compared to what’s actually included. the service of the breakfast in our room was also very poor (no knife, no bread, no butter, just a teabag, etc…). I am disappointed they still charged me the 7€ beer that I took in the minibar. I was expecting a commercial gesture given the handle and breakfast issue (for a 360€/night room!)

Ok hotel, overpriced for the...

Liked: It is a nice hotel. They have a main building and an annex which is not connected to the main building. Staff are nice.
Disliked: They did not ask if you would like your stay specification to be printed upon check out, which is a standard procedure. Chat function is not monitored, no response to emails and they do not pick up phones. So getting a printed invoice was difficult. Coffee was bad, the milk froth collapsed after a few seconds. Bread was cold.

Hotel with Parisienne charm

Liked: Charming boutique hotel in a perfect location, just a 15-minute walk from Parc des Princes, where we went to see a game. Just what you'd imagine Parisienne hotels to be like. We parctically only just slept there, so cannot say much about functionality of the hotel.
