Great Location

Liked: Well located. Room was very comfortable. Beds were lovely.
Disliked: There is a refreshment tray in the room with coffee etc. but we had to call to Reception for milk and cups which seemed odd. This was also the case when we returned to the Boston a few weeks later. It would have been lovely to have a glass of cava as a welcome drink instead of water.

Easy peasy

Liked: We only stayed a night but it was perfectly fine, good for a city stay.
Disliked: We were put on a very low floor but that was OK as it was only for one night.

Liked: The hotel is centrally located in the city. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is varied and offers a variety of sweet and savory options. The rooms are comfortable and clean
Disliked: Our room AC was not working at all

Modern, clean and welcoming hotel...

Liked: Lovely clean modern hotel within easy walking distance of the old town and more modern shops, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful, both at breakfast and on reception. Complimentary cold drinks in the lobby were very welcome in the hot weather.
Disliked: Can’t think of anything we didn’t like!

Liked: Very clean, modern hotel. Nice breakfast and central location.
Disliked: Air conditioning in rooms not good but fans were provided . Most staff very friendly and helpful but a few needed hospitality training. Would have been nice to have a couple of glasses in room rather than wax/paper cups and a small bin in living area - none of these things a big issue at all.
