Decent & Affordable; Friendly Staff;...

Liked: One of the few reasonably-priced hotels left in Boston. Private room entrances and safe courtyard parking like a motel, but with the cleanliness and customer service of a hotel. And their continental breakfast is really more like “Continental-Plus”. In addition to the expected baked goods, they also provide a selection of fresh fruit and juices, oatmeal and cold cereals, and a Belgian waffle maker(!!) included with your stay. Helen and her entertaining coworker at the front desk were lovely to offer a complimentary room upgrade. I’ve stayed here four or five times already, and I will stay here again next time I’m in the city. Thanks!
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: The cleanest hotel ever. Extremely nice people, especially the receptionist at 4 pm.
Disliked: Kinda worn. Low water pressure.

Our Second Stay

Liked: The location is perfect for us. A 10 minute walk to our Granddaughters place and 10 minutes to train. This was our 2nd stay here because our first was so good. Great staff and breakfast. An older hotel but clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It could use a little updating. Some of the features are dated, but I really don't mind that. The staff make up for any small problems due to the age of the hotel. We'll be staying there again.
