Disliked: The heat in the room was insufficient. The heating system in room 521 was unable to satisfy the thermostat especially at chilly night times! The temperature was about 68*. When I went to speak with Keith at the front desk I noticed how warm the lobby was! He said he’d have someone look at it. It looked like someone raised the thermostat setting to 88* but that didn’t raise the temperature in the room! Also we had to run the water in the bathroom sink and shower for about 10 minutes to get any hot water!

I will never choose hotel...

Liked: On a work trip, the concierge was the front desk hung up on me so I don’t know the experience of the hotel. Never got to see it. I need a full refund.
Disliked: Never seen seen the property the concierge answered the phone hung up on me and slammed the phone with a giant attitude on the background. I tried to call a few times back hung up on me again hung up and then won’t answer. I lost money.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The night manager, Keith, is a super friendly, kind, and accommodating person. I was there for a hospital procedure and he did everything possible to make sure I'd be comfortable in the room when I returned from the procedure, including flowers. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast adequate, loved that there was off street parking, and the location quiet yet close to everything.
Disliked: Nothing.
