Overall ok but parking does...

Liked: Room was good and clean. Person cleaning the room was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The parking does not work well. The nearby parking they use has no one there to let us out. The instructions we were given checking in (tell the hotel the days you use parking) we were later told were wrong. The person on reception who told us this was exasperated with the wrong instructions - this is the hotel’s fault! And was further annoyed about an incorrect date which we did not fill in, the hotel did when their printer did not work correctly.

Liked: Nothing at all.
Disliked: The service was dreadful, paid for early check in and the room wasn't ready, they wanted us to leave our bags with them even though they had already taken payment. The room feels so dirty, the carpet is stained, the room smells funny. The blinds didn't work neither did the lights so it was a dark dingy room, the air con didn't work. The fan we used was broken so it was clicking. Only get 1 pillow per person. And not toMention the noise !!! The noise is so loud it vibrates your room, it feels and sounds like it's in your room. They don't make it known that the music is that loud they just say it can get ' noisy' we was on second floor . The staff are rude and not even dressed professional they was in joggers. Do not waste your money on this place

Disliked: The mattress was awful, we both woke up with a very bad back both mornings.

Very good

Liked: Nice situation very convenient for station. Room nicely furnished, well provisioned.
Disliked: Change of board basis without prior notification. Reluctance to deal with matter necessitating phone call to booking.com before resolution. Coffee machine not working had to be changed next day .

Good basic hotel. Great for...

Liked: The decor was nice, room clean. Bathroom nice and shower warm. Booked an 'executive' room, but it was just a basic room no frills. Bed comfy. Air con works well which was a bonus being a very hot day. Room adequate for 1 night.
Disliked: No breakfast, although booked one. Restaurant not open in the morning. Although plenty of places to eat outside.

Liked: Fantastic value for an amazing hotel. Thoughtfully pre air conditioned the room before we checked in on a hot day.Welcoming and very friendly.Keep doing what you are doing!
