Superb

Liked: Location is good, staff was very kind and helpful, it was clean and suitable according the money you pay.

I do not recommend, unless...

Liked: as we were heading to a concert close to the hotel, the location was good.. also close to the airport.
Disliked: breakfast was very poor, the shower was broken.. by the price we paid i would never recommend that.

Best customer service experience!

Liked: All the staff members were extremely kind and helpful (both the Egyptian and the Moroccan gentlemen at the reception, and the Moroccan lady)! They constantly made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The room had AC, which was great considering the heat wave. The breakfast was included in our stay as well (not the fanciest breakfast but it was very nice).The hotel itself is cute with a nice terrace and garden. The room was comfortable enough for our 2 nights stay. The location of the hotel is convenient (around a 10mins walk from the metro station).
Disliked: There weren’t many plugs in the room, only one next to the door and one in the wall where the TV is plugged.
