Good hotel, would stay here...

Liked: Very clean hotel and has everything we needed. Breakfast is totally fine, good value for the money. Location is nice, a bit south of Condessa, but plenty of restaurants and stores just around the corner.
Disliked: No one could speak english, but with little spanish knowledge everything went well

Amazing hotel

Liked: This hotel is amazing. It is super clean, the sheets and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is very good, traditional Mexican style. The staff are all very friendly. The location, you can get an Uber to the main areas for a few dollars via Uber. There is a bar onsite and room service is 24hrs a day. Amazing value for money, unmatched in my opinion. There is a decent shopping mall 5-10 mins walk away - Metropoli.
Disliked: Noisy neighbours is the only real issue. Maybe having a 10pm to 8am quiet time 'etiquette' might be a good idea. Some guests are there for one night and don't care about the noise they make. Bring your earplugs.

Excellent, all-inclusive experience for a...

Liked: I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The room and design is very modern and stylish and excellent in form and function, and the indoor parking is tiled and beautiful. The free breakfast has many options and has excellent hours of availability, and the location is good for walking to many places nearby (I recommend walking to the laundromat). Also, it was very affordable for a lengthy visit.
Disliked: The rooms were not as soundproof as I had previously read - this is mostly what you can hear from the neighbor through the doors and things - it is fairly well soundproofed in comparison to other places I have been. As well, there were times when I had difficulty with my Wifi connection. Luckily, it never occurred while I was doing work conferences, but it did make some online tasks difficult in the evenings.

Liked: I love this hotel as it's super clean. The sheets and towels are changed daily, not many hotels do that as a matter of course. They offer 24 hour room service and there is a bar downstairs. The breakfast is mexican style and the coffee is amazing! All the staff are friendly and really hardworking! The room itself has many power sockets, a smart TV, and a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The WiFi works really well.
Disliked: The only issue is if you have noisy neighbours. We once had extremely noisy neighbours but we were able to change rooms.
