Liked: I love this hotel as it's super clean. The sheets and towels are changed daily, not many hotels do that as a matter of course. They offer 24 hour room service and there is a bar downstairs. The breakfast is mexican style and the coffee is amazing! All the staff are friendly and really hardworking! The room itself has many power sockets, a smart TV, and a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The WiFi works really well.
Disliked: The only issue is if you have noisy neighbours. We once had extremely noisy neighbours but we were able to change rooms.

Disappointing

Great property!

Liked: Really liked the location and the hotel as a whole! The room was very comfortable and sound proofing was excellent. I was able to rest well! Breakfast is a token but appreciated.

Liked: The room and the particular layout of it
Disliked: The choice of having, everyday, heavy Mexican breakfast without alternative in my opinion is a bad decisions if you also want to serve foreigners. Bonus point: breakfast staff was always amazing and kind.

Very comfortable

Liked: Mostly everything was about our expectation or above. Specially good the beds and pillows comfort, room space and moving pouffe stools. Indoors Parking very convenience and comfortable. German decoration very nice.
Disliked: Not precisely not likely but something to improve is the next to achieve excellence: 1) Shower room floor should not be slippery 2) Include some fruits in breakfast 3) Add a multi functional gym machine in gym.

Liked: Nice clean room, lovely colours, gym, breakfast options, NETFLIX!
Disliked: Once I had a big piece of glass in a jam which I put in my mouth, I was shocked because it was so dangerous. It was at the breakfast. I told to the waiter and she smiled and said that it was probably from the broken jar where was thus jam taken from. So what??? It could be more glass pieces in the jam. Small pieces people or children could swallow and it is dangerous for the organs. Very strange situation.
