Very pleasant and a good...

Liked: The room was great with a pleasant outlook. My husband used the pool and sauna. He enjoyed both but found the pool a little small. We used the restaurant each evening and would have liked a little more variety in the menu but on the whole it was good,

I had a wonderful time...

Liked: The location was great. The room was spacious and comfortable.The pool/ hot tub is an added bonus.
Disliked: When I arrived it took me a day to figure out the television programming. It was trial and error.I’m not a fan of Kerug coffee machines. It took me a day to figure out the coffee machine as well.

Amazing my family enjoyed it....

Liked: The most important thing is easy to access wherever you want to go. Walking distance to restaurants , churches, parks.
Disliked: Cleaned, and very nice staff and reasonable price for the restaurant.

Very good

Liked: I was tired, confused, and alone in a city I didn't know. I was scared I wouldn't have a roof over my head for the night.Then I walked into Hôtel Bonaventure.The staff were so patient and kind with me as they did their best to make sure I had somewhere to stay, and I could not be more grateful for their help. Plus, the outdoor pool with a small waterfall attached to it was very enjoyable, and breakfast was delicious. And it's always a good thing when the first thing the breakfast waiter offers you is coffee. Would highly recommend!

Decent stay, except bad impression...

Liked: The room was quiet and spacious. Daily housekeeping was nice. Most staff members we encountered were nice.
Disliked: Francois who checked us in was rude. Too many children running around, they should provide some children's play area.
