Liked: I loved the outdoor space. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all surprisingly accessible. People seemed to respect that others might want it, so there was a steady rotation of people in and out.

Liked: Location but was disappointed by amenities. Pool was not heated. Sauna was not heating.
Disliked: Outdoor amenities were in disrepair

Comfortable and central

Liked: Loved this hotel and the gardens and hot pool were beautiful. Love the resident ducks. Bed was comfy and the room was spacious

Liked: Good central location
Disliked: Booked a room with two queen beds with the intention to share the beds, beds were very small the size of full beds. Brought up to the staff who were quite rude. Pool was packed with children all hours of the day couldn’t use. Sink in our room was clogged and took a long time to drain.
