Good place to stay, but...

Liked: Great location, central to old town and waterfront.Comfortable bed, nice sized room.
Disliked: Breakfast was extremely disappointing, basically a basket left outside the door with a plastic-wrapped scone and jam. We had to go out to find a decent breakfast each day. This was odd, given there is a restaurant downstairs!No room service, minimal bathroom supplies.

I highly recommend this beautiful...

Liked: I love the Hotel Bonaparte. The warm welcome I received from Lucie and Isabelle during my stay there will never be forgotten. It takes special people to do your work, and you both are excellent ambassadors for the hotel. ♥️The Bonaparte restaurant is a gem, the food is excellent and the staff are professional and welcoming. I will always remember your attentive service and kindness. Thank you.

Liked: The staff welcomed us very warmly at our arrival. The room was lovely.The location is perfect for visiting central Montreal with many restaurants and cafes just a few minutes away.

Excellent stay in a charming...

Liked: The staff was welcoming, well informed and helpful. The breakfast basket and coffee station were a very nice added perk. The location is perfect, our room was on the fourth floor. The hotel is close to everything yet very quiet.

great vacation looking forward to...

Liked: room was great as well as the location. the breakfast was a great idea but most of it wasn't our cup of tea. Staff was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The location was steps from the basilica and very close to st. paul street which has all kinds of restaurants and shops to browse. their restaurant was fantastic. The best meal I've ever enjoyed.
Disliked: One thing we really wanted to see them improve was the toilet paper and facial tissue. It was very rough to say the least but otherwise there just wasn't much to complain about.
